You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DynaMind Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

If you access our APIs: • You must obtain valid API credentials • You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas • You must not share API credentials with third parties • You are responsible for all API calls made with your credentials • We reserve the right to throttle or revoke API access for abuse • API data may not be redistributed without authorization

Certain features require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits: • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • You may cancel your subscription at any time • Unused credits do not expire but are not refundable • Crypto payments are processed on-chain and cannot be reversed

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DynaMind Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of a third party • Your trading activities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
