• AI trading algorithms are not infallible and may produce losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose
• We do not provide investment advice or financial recommendations

Prohibited Activities:

• Do not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse engineer the system
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Do not share your account credentials with third parties
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to abuse our systems
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Do not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Required Conduct:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other users and our staff at all times
• Provide accurate information and maintain account security
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly

Service Availability:

• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We are not liable for losses due to downtime or service interruptions
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Market data feeds may experience delays or interruptions

Platform Fees:

• Subscription fees for premium features and API access
• Trading fees may apply to executed trades via integrated exchanges
• Network fees and gas costs are paid by users directly
• All fees are subject to change with prior notice

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You must provide valid payment information for subscription services
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Your Rights:

• You retain ownership of your trading strategies and configurations
• You may use our platform for personal or commercial purposes as permitted
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

Our Rights:

• We own all proprietary technology, algorithms, and platform features
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action and account termination

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynaMind Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for trading losses or market volatility
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions or errors
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DynaMind Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Grounds for Termination:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Compromise of account security
• Abuse of our systems or other users
• Failure to comply with applicable laws
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)

Termination Effects:

• Immediate loss of access to all platform features
• Forfeiture of any unused subscription time
• Deletion of account data may occur after 30 days
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DynaMind Network operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or jurisdiction-specific legal proceedings.
